The original concept and plans were the brainchild of György Szrogh, Ybl Prize-winning Hungarian architect, who worked for the Public Building Design Office (KÖZTI) during the 1960's. Interestingly, 60 years later, the new concept and design is also the work of the KÖZTI architect office.
