The Dürer Park project is the revitalization of 3.7 hectares of land next to Ajtósi Dürer row and the Városliget (City Park). One of the greatest figures of contemporary design, the renowned Lissoni Casal Ribeiro, was tasked with the creation of the masterplan concept for the development.

The construction will see a total of two office buildings and three residential buildings come to life, comprised of 207 apartment units. The project will also focus on sustainable solutions and the preservation and regeneration of established green spaces, therefore, internal parks and commercial functions on the ground-floors will be present to ease the lives of residents.
