BudaPart is a the largest urban regeneration effort in Budapest, the development of a nascent urban district in the Kopaszi-dam, which is both a residential, retail and office district spread across 40 hectares. By the end of the development, up to 10,000 residents will live there, and the office buildings will accommodate up to 23,000 workers daily, serviced by hotels, lush gardens and retail outlets across the district.

The project was launched in 2016 and will conclude in 2028, entirely developed and built by the Market Group. The "15-minute city" concept is the backbone of the development, the urban planning of which is accredited to ADEPT from Denmark, outlining a city where residents can meet most of their daily needs within a 15-minute walk or bike ride from their homes.
