The first public tenants of the BEM Center have been announced. The choice of the "A" category premium office building, which will be handed over at the end of the year, was chosen by the Colliers Hungary team, among others.

As a result of a long-term contract with a leading international investment and consulting company specializing in commercial real estate, Colliers will move into an office space covering a total of 800 square meters, which is located on the 5th floor of the building.

The high-quality interior designs, designed according to the tenant's needs, will begin in March next year, and move-in is expected in October 2024.

The cooperation brought further success, as Colliers Hungary also emerged as the winner of the tender for the operation of the office building. The building's operational tasks will be officially performed by the international real estate manager from January 2024.

An international company also joined the operating tenant as the second. Dentons, the world's largest international law firm, has more than 20 years of experience in the domestic market.

Maximizing the use of space was an important consideration during the selection process, which is why Dentons' new headquarters will be located on 2 separate levels. The separate office and meeting levels ensure that everyday work and business meetings can be conducted simultaneously and smoothly in the impressive BEM Center with its excellent location. Interior designs that satisfy all needs can begin in the first quarter of 2024, so move-in is expected in the summer of 2024.
