Budapest currently has 3,955,600 square meters of office space available, according to data from the Budapest Real Estate Consultants' Coordination Forum. Currently, the market is still feeling the uncertainty caused by the coronavirus pandemic, but the demand and the number of concluded rental transactions are also increasing, so the players look at the coming years with cautious optimism.
