May 27, 2020

At the Construction & Investment Journal HOF (Hall of Fame) Awards 2020, the BudaPart project developed by Property Market Kft. was chosen as the Best of the Best Residential Development in Central and Eastern Europe. The winner of the category was announced as part of an online webinar on May 26.

At last year's CIJ Awards Hungary 2019, BudaPart won the "Best Residential Development" award with its first two completed residential buildings, so Property Market could represent our country in this category at the most prestigious professional competition in the region.

At the international HOF Awards held for the fifth time this year, the best real estate companies from the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Hungary compete with each other. Built by our parent company, Market Építő Zrt., BudaPart was judged to be the best of the five winning projects in the region by the region's leading real estate market experts and readers of the CIJ magazine.

"The title 'Best of the Best' is a particular honor for us, with which we received one of the most prestigious professional awards in the real estate market in Central and Eastern Europe. The international recognition also proves that, in addition to creating buildings of outstanding quality, we are also developing a unique urban district in BudaParton by European standards, where the emerging living space makes the people who live here, the people who work in the office buildings and the business owners exceptional as well," said Dr. Schrancz. Mihály, managing director of Property Market.

The development of the BudaPart district and the launch of additional real estate development projects of the Property Market are ongoing. After the first two buildings, the first office building, called BudaPart GATE, opened its doors in 2020, and residents will soon be able to move into additional residential buildings, and three more buildings are under construction.
